So according to this I went up .4. Now, I finished the next 3 week program and I am down 1.7 lbs for the 3 weeks and I'm only down 1/2" all around. Was really hoping to hit 20 pounds, but I think I am actually gaining a little muscle (which I know is also ok). Vacation is this coming weekend, for two weeks, so I may not check in until I get back.
