Slowly but surely getting those pounds off that I gained while the grandkids were here. Hope everyone is doing well.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

I had a good look at your weight history Rhontique. That's quite an amazing journey. I started at about 220 pounds and like you have lost and gained again. This time though I've monitored my weight almost daily and am eating better foods and am slowly creeping down the scale. A meal out, a holiday, grandkids around and the weight inches upwards.

Good for you! I just joined at 210 lbs. Been yo-yoing for a long time; chose the slow weight loss option because I'm fed up trying to limit myself to 1300 cals a day at this point.
