well, I've been gone from this app for a couple of years due to my health :( I'm back but have gained a lot of weight! I am now a heart attack and breast cancer survivor. Needing to get back on track with my weight loss. Any tips would be greatly appreciated :)
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
