I’ve officially lost 20 lbs. It’s been 4 mos of weight loss(1st two months not strict just replacing meals with healthier ones: lost 6 lbs., next two months cut out alcohol, chocolate, sugar, refined carbs and went on Keto:lost 14 lbs.). Feels good. I have to train my brain to remember to tell myself that I’m at a different weight because I forget!
175.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
