Ok, now that the holidays are pretty much done with, It's time to cut back down before NYE! I'm shaking it up with protein shakes all day and a good lunch. This'll be fun to see how much I can drop before monday!

Time to bust some ass! And no, not the stinky kind. Well, maybe. haha
191.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It's ok, after all that yum xmas feasting, I was doing the same thing! had to open the window in the car on the drive back up from socal hahaha
