There is no question this diet is working. Now I just need to keep it up! I cant believe how easy this one is! I had 2 hostess cupcakes last night for dessert...and I still lost! I am absolutely not counting calories on this one...calorie counting works too though...

I miss much of the atkin's way of eating..but I miss my indulgent desserts..so why cant I have the best of both worlds? BTW, Im ONLY eating 3 satiating meals/day and never after 6pm. Im also drinking a cup of coffee after each meal.

So, this is my diet for the week. Id like to make it 2 weeks. I have a poor track record of sticking to any one way of eating. This one by far keeps me the happiest.

127.6 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
