Been working out consistently 4-5 times a week... no wine and beer ... I really can’t figure out how to make progress. Almost 10 pounds heavier than last year.
131.8 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

maybe start weighing and measuring your food and logging it. See if there is an issue there. Good luck

It's good, keep it on. Just watch out your calories, your intake seems to be more than you need in order to looks weight. You can make it!!
