I ate a half a cantalope 3 times for breakfast this week so I think that helped me a lot losing. I am so close to 160 I can taste it! I want to get there so bad before I go on vacation. I know I will! I just can't blow it any more. It's a fantasy to think I can have my cake and lose weight, too!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
