It that time of the month so I have been craving sweets and them It was our anniversary Friday so we went out to dinner. So I ate a little bit much but it was all good. I went for a run this morning.

I am bad at recording what I eat on the weekends I am going to try and get better at it.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
