Being on vacation this week has been a challenge. Six more days of vacation. Today we eat out. I hope they have nutrition information and I can actually eat something off the menu without blowing my diet for the whole day. Will not have much time for a long bike ride today.
171.2 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
