Normally Monday mornings don't star this well: a weight loss of one pound over the weekend! Yay! I think I would have lost more if it weren't for my wife's brownies last night.

Looking back over my weight history for the last 6 months I noticed that I've been this weight 3 times before, always followed immediately by a gain. Today is the day that I change that! I will not weigh more tomorrow!

Going to go work out in a few minutes.
195.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
