So I gained I haven't been doing too well with following the plan. I need to get on the ball. I did start working out again last week 3x's in one week. So this week I will just continue and get back into the groove of things.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

You can do this...it is a total state of mind...just remember to follow your goal and you will be just fine! Working out and drinking A LOT of water will really help you out!
