Honestly, I have been slacking in the mornings. Lots of stress lately and been very tired and unmotivated. Today I am going to do something after work though. Anything is better than nothing, right?
128.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
