Working night shifts for two weeks at my summer job- messing around with my sleep schedule has the unfortunate consequence of drinking too much caffeine and not eating enough since I'm vaguely nauseous about 40% of the time I'm awake. Clearly my body is not happy with this change in routine :( So a loss, but probably not a healthy one, unfortunately.

Eating to stay awake, it's so true! Also to deal with the stress of the night shift. I'm working in a nurse call center, and many women here turn to food for comfort during work. Totally relate to the temptation.
