I find that if I do not use this tool to help me keep on track, it becomes to easy to gain weight. when I miss one day, more than one time it becomes easy to put off making entries into this program.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 102.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
