trying to get down to 145 for a buffer... having 2 eggs each am, Apple at 10am for a snack and usually a salad for lunch with some type of protein in it (eggs or tuna or some lunch meat). Easy dinner and surely a prune in the am and at night. Always busy now with a bit warmer weather. Walking golf when possible.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
