I partied pretty hard last night after my last day at Meinhart. Couple days ago I was 203. Still eating low-carb but unlimited vegetables. Exercising a few times a day. One thing I’m trying to concentrate on now is eating three meals a day with no snacking. I quit smoking almost 5 weeks ago, I did smoke a few last night while drinking but I forgive myself. Down to 14mg patches now.
