Keep on keeping on. My adult beverages this last year is about 6000 calories a month...so that probably explains the 1-2 pounds a month I put on from last year. I'm going to keep the alcohol calories down to 2000 a month or less. One week of minimal drinking and I'm definitely not as bloated. It's crazy how many calories are in wine and margaritas. oh and Jaeger is ridiculous plus all the sugar in these beverages.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
