Day 2 - A little harder to get up this morning but I did it! I think the key is to think of exercise the same way you to brushing your teeth - a "have to" instead of an optional thing.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
