Day 1 of 21. They say that it takes 21 days to form a habit and I have heard that if you tell yourself you are giving it 21 days (instead of a permanent change), it is easier...so here goes. I did wake up at 6:15 this morning and I did jump on the elliptical! For being not a morning person, this is a big deal for me. I felt great though. It helped wake me up and put me in a better mood. :) Maybe this will not be so bad.
