So I'm doing intermittent fasting with lazy Keto. Keeping my carbs really low, consuming proteins and fats for energy. I'm usually my heaviest at the end of the day and that's when I weighed myself and discovered if lost weight.
The tape measure is a better benchmark though. currently suffering from restless leg syndrome. such a pain 😫😫😫
205.7 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
