so day 1 was a success. I woke up weighed myself and prepared breakfast. Boiled eggs, vegetables and Avocado. I drank water and coffee. Slept right through to dinner time. woke up, made dinner and meal prepped for work tomorrow. I decided to stop eating at 8pm. so now I'm just drinking coffee till bedtime. Coffee doesn't emaffect my sleep at all. 😂. I didn't eat all my calories so I'm in deficit. Tomorrow I will do intermittent fasting and have my first meal at lunch time.
210.5 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
