grasa 25%, 54.7% agua, 71.0lbs masa magra. ejercicios 2 veces en la semana, no mucha dieta, mucho trabajo. reuniones 8am. Mucha visitas corporativa y training en abril 3 semanas.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
