so either my scale was off the past two days, or I need to drink more water. I was bad about drinking water yesterday, because we were very busy doing unpacking stuff this weekend. Back to a better routine now that I am at work.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
