chels21's Journal, 25 April 2019

it's been a long rough few months guys. I've been having a hard time dealing with things and it's 100% all my fault for gaining this weight back. I stopped going to the gym when my dad had his heart attack and we had to stay in hotels and eat fast food and then once we got back my aunt passed away. and then Christmas with family happened and then my grandmother passed away along with so much other shit that I just totally fell to pieces. I am slowly picking myself back up. I went to the gym yesterday and I have a goal of eventually getting up to running a 5k. I'm basically starting from scratch. my room mate is a gym buff and he's helping me but he leaves next month too. I'm hoping I'll have all the tips and tools I need to reach my goal. if I don't do it this time around, I'm afraid it's never going to happen.

Chels21 I totally get what your going through. my dad just passed from lung cancer on Monday and all the food people brought was counter productive to my eating lifestyle and with the stress it was actually really hard to put food in my mouth. I'm really glad your back. there is no such thing as no more fresh starts. It's your body and you can start over and over as many times as you need to get the results you want. you can do this.
