Did not exercise all week after a sports injury. Should go more often now that is getting healed & monitor my food more closely. Have maintained weight since last time.
Threw out all the junk food, eat fairly healthy...just too much bread (wheat at least now though)
I think I found a fairly balanced healthy diet, although I do would like to record another reading for a week to confirm I'm eating right
