I've been so stressed out lately guys that my appetite has been left to nothing. Work has just blown up and is a mess... I can't wait to go home... I've got 1 1/2 more days of dealing with this and I'm out. The only benefit of all this stress is the weight is dropping and I started going to therapy... hopefully some good will come from all of this!
138.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

Hang in there! Even though your appetite is low, try to eat something healthy - you don't want to let your work make you sick!

A little stress is fine, but prolonged periods of stress can do real damage (it produces a hormone called cortisol which is believed to damage or destroy brain cells). It's best to deal with the causes straight out and use whatever technique available to you to alleviate it. Hang in there SpoiledPixie!

1 1/2 more days thank goodness, then maybe some of that stress will ease up and you will feel better and get back better eating habits. You ahve done great! you are so close to goal now! glad you are getting therapy and watch out, not eating can backfire on you. Take care of yourself sweetie, glad things will ease up soon.
