I have been taking better care of myself- self love = Going to bed early ( aim to get 8 hrs of sleep) waking early for devotion to God, prparing my snack and meals for the next day, eating breakfast (protein before 10am) Eggs, peanut butter on wheat bread. and when i pack my snacks, im not tempted to "cheat" and eat candy, so freely offered in our office.

I am also walking x15-30 mins every day with my friend. I have not lost any weight dramatically but have maintained my blood sugar levels with my meals, and my weight has stayed the same x1 wk ( this pst week, i weighed every day and i stayed @185lbs.

I am also enjoying free zumba classes on friday's at a local Gym, which is so fun, you forget you are working out.

I do want to continue to work out more at home too ( toning) push ups, ab workout.

Also, im still juicing veggies + fruits and i love it, my bowel movements have increased, i think, due to this. also, i think it is boosting my immune system, and i was almost getting sick ( sore throat and such) drank my juice, popped ibuprofen, went to sleep, was fien the next day!!! =) yaaayyyy, and i m one of those people who used to get sick allllllll the T-I-M-E, w/ o fail.
So Thank you Lord.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 107.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
