Ha! I totally called it! In my journal yesterday or the day before, i said i wanted to hit at least 140.8! :D

I've either got a really bad head cold or strep throat... i'm betting on strep throat since i have no cough or runny nose, and strep is going around my son's daycare. My son is an asymptomatic carrier, so that little brat probably gave it to me, again. I've had it 3 times since he's started daycare.
But i am at work anyways, because i am a dedicated secretary!

One of my 'make me feel better' strategies is to eat. For some reason when i dont feel good (unless its a stomach bug of course) i just want to eat junk. I guess its my lack of appetite, and i'm not eating a whole lot anyways, but when i do get hungry i crave the worst foods. So we'll see how this weekend goes.

140.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
