I think my downfall this week was having yogurt in the house for my daughter. It was the full sugar kind with 170 calories each which adds up. I have been going to a few meetings that end with coffee and dessert. Of course, I don't have to indulge. And my 200 lb. husband who recently lost 5 lbs by cutting out snacks, usually snacks at night still so it is hard to smell his food. His snacks aren't that bad, but the calories add up. 5'4" people don't get to eat that much! It is sad but true. I am happy with my weight loss. I will hang in there and continue to cut out calories wherever I can. I will get down to 160!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

MMmmm.. I buy the fat free yogurts and get some good calcium out them once in a while, but my little one eats it like crazy! lol I think they are only about 100 calories and a great snack or small breakfast. :) Keep on keepin' on!

If you have an Aldi's store near you, check out their yogurts. They have some great tasting low calorie yogurts and they are cheaper too! Good luck!

Thats the spirit..if you cut out as many calories as you can easily, you are automatically setting yourself up for success. That 160 is coming up soon..just keep cutting (I am talking about calories not cheese!!)

Hi - I hope you don't mind a comment from a newbie. I noticed you like sweets and snacks especially at night. I do too, so I try to save during the day about 100 calories (or a ww point) so I can have a healthy sweet at night. I either have Healthy Choice fudge bar ice cream, WW ice cream or vitalicious muffin tops. If I plan it, I don't feel guilty about it. It's easier than fighting the urge every night. A cup of herbal tea or decaf coffee makes it last longer, too. I'm a vegetarian, too. Nice to meet another vege-lover!
