Got kinda a sore throat on Sunday night, I think it is just allergies, but it still made me kinda lazy for Monday and Tuesday. I am feeling some what better today but was still lazy today I did not want to get out of bed to run this morning. Then I started feel bad for not working out and went for a run this afternoon. It was really hot which made it harder to run. I am going to go to the gym in a few min. Hopefully it will be ok.
