I've started on a doctor-supervised modified low calorie diet. I go in each week to see either the doctor, a dietician, or a behaviorist. The diet itself consists mostly of medical protien shakes and small meals of vegetables and protein. It's actually easy to follow and doesn't leave me hungry, and the shakes are surprisingly unoffensive.
