My knee was feeling better monday so I took a 45 min. walk with my daughter. I also did dancercise that a.m., so I hope I didn't over due. My knee hurt a little the next few days. I have been eating fairly well but yesterday I succumbed to chocolate chip cookies and m&m peanuts. I have still lost 10 lbs, so I am still confident.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow...well done on the 10lb weight loss. Dont look at the chocolate chip cookies...its the loss that counts! Keep going..you can do it!!
