Didn't lose any weight this week...but I am eating healthier and exercising more often which is a BIG plus!!!!!!
160.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's really huge. I'm trying to get to a more consistent habit of eating well and exercising, also. If we do that, the weight should go, no? Hope your week goes well.
