1.) Im on a no dairy x30days plan, i have cheated x3 days so far, but will make up fo those 3 days. I had been eating much ice cream this summer + pizza...yummmmmm, so i decided to try and avoid dairy altogether x30 days to get away from my yummy habits =)

2.) I was reading abuot Chirsette Michelle and how she started juicing for health reasons, and lost weight, so i decided to start juicing too... its really blending fruits and veggies though, as i do not own a blender, lol =) but it is good, and it is quick. I like it. Im also drinking V8 juice in between meals. Snacking on hummus and basic corn tortilla chips - yum. trying to incorporate more veggies and fish. I made fish w/ olive oil, sauteed onions and tomatoes... so good, and healthy and light; my daughter and I felt full and satisfied.
no consistent exercise these last few weeks. i look forward to taking a yoga class once a wk - future prospect. Not sure when i will start walking once a day again.

I do feel more tired, now that i have not been working out daily + i have not been sleeping well since not workign out... connections work out = good sleep - mental note to self ;) i have been going to sleep earlier, but still waking up late!!! :{ , i want to work on getting 8-9 hrs of sleep QD and waking up early - even though we will start getting our 1 hr extra of sleep starting next week --- yesssss!!!

Also, since is jumped on the juicing band wagon, i have been having 2 bowl movements a day, which is good, and new for me.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 104.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
