So, I've been following the diet to a T and losing no weight. I've been really frustrated so for the last few days I've just been eating whatever I felt like. Like I have said in the past, I'm not a bad eater, but I'm not fabulous either. I never eat enough salads, and feel like it's near impossible to avoid sugar. So this last week I've eaten my whole grains cereal with 2% milk and turkey sandwiches, and ritz crackers. Today I get on the scale and what do I find. I've lost weight? Huh? I'm so beyond confused.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Isn't that the way it goes. Maybe you weren't eating enough before?? They say it's good to fluctuate your calories. Maybe you needed some high calorie days to trick your metabolism.

Your body may just be taking a few days of adjustment - just make sure to track every thing that touches your lips so you can be absolutely positive that you aren't going too far over. But the body needs certain things to live, and some fat is necessary; if you cut the fat intake too much your body holds on the the fat that it has because it needs it!
