Under 300lbs for the first time in many months. (The start weight listed is an old weight. I went up to 312 at the end of last year). Since the first of this year I've lost 16lbs. All I've really done is cut back on added sugar. And while I've cut it back pretty significantly, I haven't even cut it OUT entirely. Kind of surprised. But I'll take it.

Under 300. I hope never to go above again. On to the next 12lbs.
296.0 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
