I've been in a slump. The last few weeks I've been eating poorly, and hadn't been to the gym in three weeks!!! I decided to take a different approach...instead of depriving myself of my favorite foods, I just eat less than I used to. I started doing this last week, and I feel really goood about it! I hope I can stay on track this time. I'm sick of disappointing myself.
