I fell off the wagon this whole weekend, pizza, chips, butter popcorn and all. I had an operation 4 weeks ago, (Coccygectomy) stitches came out a week ago, and on Friday the wound re-opened and it is infected. I didn't feel like dieting at all, I was so down. Back on the diet wagon again today
