First full day off the water fast - so, up 3.4 pounds. I know it will happen, since my gullet was empty, but I dislike losing ground. sigh...
283.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 118.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is probably something that you mentally have to adjust to. You empty and you lose water with the fasting so the body will pick those up again. You are doing so well.
