grasa 23.94 55.9% agua, 73lbs masa magra, ayer comi Indio dos platos. no ejercicios ayer, un poco nervios por trabajo con QC y el jefe reclutar. lo demas bien. elvi cocinando desde jueves, no se porque subi. ejercicios bajo al final semana. dormir 10hrs, cansado.
