So, Morgen habe ich Ruhetag ,Samstag 10laufen heute 7km und 1Stunde Croos Trainer .Euch einen schönen Sonntag Abend .
117.5 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
