4 down, 10 to go. I'm actually running ahead of schedule, but of course as we all know, things tend to slow down after the initial loss. I just need to stay away from those damned cashews. They're addicting!!

I love the deluxe mixed nuts. I can grab a handful and curb my hunger.

I just bought some of Emerald's Cocoa Roast Almonds. SOOO GOOOD! And super crunchy! MM hmm.. Only packs 3 net carbs per oz :D and even 6 oz of protein. YAWM.
