Yesterday something weird happened. I went out for a drink with friends, as every Tuesday. When I came back I felt hungry, but not really hungry, like "emotional eating" hungry. When it happens, I know the only way not to loose the full night sleep it's to eat something light and go to bed asap. Well, I put some yogurt in a bowl, tasted it and felt disgusted. So, I left it in the fridge where it still is. It sounds so strange to me, when I have this moments I usually eat whatever food without even tasting flavors.
Does any of you have/had to deal with emotional eating? ...
I am at work, amazing bright autumn colors though the windows. I feel happy for no special reason.
