I was at the mercy of this cold/sinus infections. Needed some Mexican food for breakfast. I can handle myself around the entrees, but needed that spicy salsa yesterday!
181.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
