Last day of our water-fast. Today we start with chicken bone broth with some dried onion and a bit of carrot. Then some broth with all that, and a bit of tilapia for lunch. Unfortunately, we don't have salad in the fridge and the weather promises ice and snow. So, we'll focus on fish and green beans/green peas for dinner.
