4th Day on a Seven Day Water Fast. Hunger is still low. Some thoughts during the day about food, but it's easy to simply say no. I've added an ounce of cranberry juice to my first 32 oz bottle of water, with stevia as a sweetener. It seems to be very satisfying. Drinking the himalayan salt in warm water in the morning is still not yummy, but we both seem to feel better when we take it. No dizziness moving about the house or farm during the day. Somehow, it seems that my body has become better at fasting. It's almost a relief to go back to not eating, rather than the threat/fear of lack of food I felt when I just lowered calories. And, honestly, it's been enlightening to realize that I don't need to eat regularly - I'm just fine for days without it. For a person who grew up with starvation, that's a miracle. Also, I don't need to spend my grocery budget on food and have been able to pick up a few luxuries, new cutlery, new plates, specialty spices.
289.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 124.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
