I have no food ready this week 😪 I didn’t eat enough yesterday
151.6 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No I wasn’t hungry but I’m trying to stay above 1200 calories. I don’t want my body to get use to eating less. Without the food prepped meals I end up eating all kinds of lill things that don’t work out too well with my macros 🤷‍♀️
