So, I lost about 14 pounds in January on the water fast. I regained about6-8 pounds post-fast. Here on my first day of the fast, my weight is back to 295. About perfect.
My goal is to take the water fast through next Sunday and I am hoping for about a 10 pound loss. Post-fast re-filling of the gut and water weight will bring that back up 4-6 pounds. That still offers about 2 pound a week weight/fat loss - around 10 pounds a month. I'm liking this.
Starting the fast this time was very easy - no real hunger or craving at all.
