Yesterday was tough. I forgot my lunch at work and couldnt really go anywhere to get something because I was too busy. I ended up eating cheese and jello. I was so sick by the time I got home and my ketone strip was dark purple. I had roasted chicken, broccoli & cauliflower when I got home, and when I weighed this morning I had lost 2 pounds! That is great, but it wasn't worth getting sick over. I made sure I didnt miss lunch today!!!

Crikey amanda123, ANOTHER 2lbs! You must be pleased, i'm sorry you had to suffer jello and cheese for lunch though! (damn! i want to make jello and cheese for my lunch now! It could take off as a new diet!). Well done : )

OOOH... I FEEL FOR YA. WHAT A LUCH! IT'S REALLY BAD WHEN YOU CANT EAT LIKE YOU NEED TO. SOUNDS LIKE DINNER WAS GREAT THOUGH. :)
